Razer Synapse Chroma Studio ignores changes

I just acquired a set of peripheral accessories. Basilisk, Tartarus and Blackwidow.
I'm very happy, have created multiple profiles for my Tartarus already, played good titanfall and decided to give advanced lighting a go.

I go to Chrome Studio, watch tutorial, and start with rearranging my peripheral according to it's placement irl.
When I'm done I press SAVE but it doesn't save
Furthermore if I change tabs back and forth the chroma studio screen goes grey and empty.
Just aswell I can't drop any effects in effect layer.

Any ideas or advices? I'm very new to razer soft so don't know what's regular troubleshooting guide.

Synapse is sorta broken right now... everyone's having problems.

I also have this problem, but I'm a seasoned user of Chroma Studio.

I wanted to duplicate the profile I created for Civ 6 (to make one for Humankind). Every time I would duplicate one of the profiles, everything would look fine at first (it created a new one 'Civ 6(1)'), but upon further inspection of each layer... they were all blank.

I also made the horrendous mistake of trying to correct a minor mistake I found in my CK3 profile... After I made the minor edit, IT NUKED WHOLE PROFILE! And it will not let me revert my changes (tried for quite awhile to try to get it back). It took me 20+ minutes to create that profile, and now I'll need to make it again by hand (harrumph)

I'm still having this problem. What is the status of fixing this high severity issue?

I'm working with their tech support to help give them the info they need to roll out a patch to fix these issues.

I suspect a few others are doing the same, just be patient, i'm sure we'll get a fix, eventually. 😜
