Razer Synapse does't recognize my products

Dear Community,

I own a Kraken Chroma (for about 3 years by now), an Abyssus Essential as well as an Ornata Chroma (bought yesterday).

Kraken Chroma works perfectly fine with Synapse 2 - Abyssus and Ornata are not being recognised.
Neither in Synapse 2 or 3.

I already tried re-installing, re-connecting as well as several other things.

It's simply not f****** working.

If there's no fix, I'll definetely return both products, since I am not able to use them properly.

Please help.

A screenshot of my PC knowing these 2 devises are connected, but Synapse not.

Hi there! Can you share a screenshot of your Device Manager so we can see what the devices are recognized as?
Both devices don't show up in my Device Manager, as far as I can see.

Thanks for the reply. Have you tried repairing Synapse? Please PM me the serial numbers of the devices so I can check.
