Hi! Recently I've been having a problem on Razer Synapse and I'm wondering if anyone can help. Let me explain. One day I thought that I wanted to change the colour/style for my keyboard, so I headed on to Synapse. When I went to the keyboard part where you change the stuff, I was met with something pretty weird. I clicked on my profiles and there was nothing. It was all blank. I headed on to lighting to see something pretty strange, I'll attach an image.
But the thing about this image is that uh, the keyboard actually is on. The brightness is on full but for some reason in the program its like that. I'll also show you the profile thing now, too.
You see? All blank. So it's kind of a glitch where nothing has properly loaded in, I guess? If I change it from, uh, example, Spectrum Cycling to Wave, nothing happens. It just stays on Cycling for some weird reason. Wondering if anyone could please help me fix this weird glitch? By the way, this is also the same case for my mouse.
P.S. This is Synapse 3 I think...
