Razer Synapse NOT Openning even after doing all FAQ procedures

Hello. I'm pretty upset because i just bought the Razer Viper Ultimate and can't get Synapse to work. It just shows "starting up" thing, but then it disappears. I have verified that the processes are being run in task manager. I close the processes, restart the services, and it didn't work. I've done clean uninstall several times, disabled firewall and anti-virus but it still doesn't work. I've ran .NET Framework repair tool too, still doesn't work. I'm so tired of this, can you please help me?
