Razer Synapse won't detect mouse.

So I had to reformat the computer and upon doing so, lost the saved data in Razer Synapse. When I downloaded it again, it acts as if I don't have a mouse on my profile. It only gives me 3 options Register, Store, and View comp Devices. When I log into the Razer Website I can clearly see it has my data stored from my mouse and I can't re-register my product. So basically I am locked out and don't know what to do from here. I can't delete the data on the website to try to reregister and Synapse is just not working at all. My DPI settings are off the charts and it makes gaming really difficult in cases I can't turn sensitivity down a lot. I'm playing avengers on 1 and its still crazy fast. All I wanna do is be able to change my DPI settings. Has anyone had this issue before or know someone that might know how to fix it?

Your newly installed OS is highly likely running generic drivers for your mouse, which is probably why Synapse isn't detecting the device. You will want to perform a clean installation of the app and device drivers by following this guide. Send me the serial number of your mouse if the problem persists.
