Hey everyone! Thanks for sharing your Razer Synapse 2.0 concern here. Just to confirm, is the software not loading when left-clicking the shortcut on desktop? Does the same behavior happen when right-clicking the Razer Synapse 2.0 icon in your System tray? Is everyone using Windows OS? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Hi there! The cause of this odd behavior is not conclusive yet. I'm gathering information from each user, particularly, the Razer Synapse 2.0 logs so I can present it to our devs and help the investigation. By the way, I replied to your PM. I'll wait for your follow-up.
