Hi all,
Currently on holiday with this years chosen travel device Surface Pro 3 running Win 11, looking to play a little Valheim and Proj Zomboid - as they both seem to work well on low resolutions.
I have brought along my Tartarus Pro which works perfectly on my desktop machine.
I also bought my Microsoft Surface official dock. The Tartarus will connect to the Surface Pro and works as a keyboard but it will not install in Synapse - I’ve uninstalled and re-installed synapse, deleted drivers, deleted registry keys. As I know there is nothing wrong with the Tartarus I assume this must be something really simple I’m missing.
All help really welcome!
