Razer Tartarus Pro not working anymore

last few weeks I’ve been unable to get any macros or specific functions to work when i try and change up each hotkey, as of yesterday, none of the keys or even their default keys work at all. 
anyone else having similar issues?

I have the same issue, but its not just my Tartarus, neither my mouse nor my keyboard will use macros.  I have deleted and reinstalled Synapse, the macro module, tried using the repair option, updated all firmware, windows and all drivers.  It is absolutely infuriating.  I have tendonitis, and arthritis, without my macros I cannot play at all.😡

Same issue here.  No devices are detected except my Razer laptop.

I’m having the same issue with a Tartarus Pro I gifted to my sister.  I haven’t updated to the latest Synapse on my PC and Tartarus is working fine. The new one cannot be detected though.

This morning a new update arrived for Synapse.  I installed it and now Synapse re-recognizes my Tartarus Pro.  Whoopee!
