Hello, I'm very sad, my Tiamat's right speaker plastic keeper (I don't know how to name it, on photo) has been broken, never dropped them. I bought them in USA on May last year and shipped by courier service to Uzbekistan. It's very hard for me to send it to official service. What I can do now?     It's unfortunate that this happened to your Tiamat 7.1 V2 but we don't sell that part separately nor do we repair our peripherals. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can look into other possible options.
