So I had this pc for a year already and 7 months ago it started to do this weird thing where it would randomly crash and restart my pc while gaming or just idle on desktop. Idk if it's my ram or my power supply. sometimes it also lags like hell and distorts audio as if the whole pc drops 1 fps. any ideas? (Btw the pc runs perfectly fine and doesn't lag in games or anything it just has one of those moments of freeze-frame and continues) also if it is my power box which power box would be a good replacement?

Did you already try checking the auto-restart option if it's enabled? Overheating the power supply or CPU might trigger it as well.
