Razer Viper Ultimate Died (Sudden)

Hello Everyone,

I was working yesterday and all of a sudden my viper ultimate quartz edition died even though I had sufficient battery percentage. I charge it regularly so a weak battery is not in question.

Issue: Red light emitted from the logo indicating that the battery is low on charge. Although I did make it 100% a few hours ago, yet I tried recharging it, but everything looked in vain. It won’t turn on even if I plug it directly into the USB Cable, ALL DEAD !

What’s the possible reason behind this? The mouse has never been mishandled, dropped or physically damaged.

Issue before this: My mouse had physical wear and tear off issues which I reported to Razer but never been supported by any means.

Please assist me. I do not expect this sort of product quality assurance from Razer’s end since I have been a Razer User from the very beginning, but this downgrade in their premium products is not what I expect.
