Razer Viper Ultimate Stopped working!

My mouse stopped working. I tried charging with the doc and with the cable but still not working.
I tried registering and submitting a warranty request, but the page says that the serial number is unknown. I also tried submitting an RMA and I keep getting a "Network Error"

Have you tried connecting the device to a different PC to check if it's also not working? I can help you submit a ticket on your behalf. Please send me the serial number of your device along with a copy of its proof of purchase. That'll help me check on its warranty status and in submitting your ticket.
