Razer Viper V2 Prop dongle stopped working / is not recognized anymore

Hello,

my Razer Viper V2 Pro is not connecting wirelessly to my PC anymore. It works fine with the cable but the wireless dongle isn’t connecting to my pc anymore.

 

I tried updating the firmware but it stays on “Plug in your Dongle”…. and doesn’t recognize that it is already plugged in. I tried already all of the available USB Ports with no success. The mouse was purchased in about 9 months ago. I have read that the dongle needs to be replaced and would like to request a replacement if possible.

I’ve been experiencing the same problem for a while now and have tried several updates, but nothing works. There’s also no sign of any support from Razer on this topic so far!

Why is no one from Razer addressing the hundreds of people with the same issue on this forum?

Dongle is visible at least in Windows device manager?

Yes, even the update and pairing, which doesn’t seem to work for others and get stuck, is working for me (after like trying 3-5 times)
