Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed Wireless wifi issues

I recently bought the razer viper v3 hyperspeed and whenever i plug in the wireless usb dongle, my wifi doesn’t work. It says that I’m connected to the internet, yet nothing loads whenever i browse the internet. Does anyone know a fix?

      Thank for alerting us about this. Have you tried checking for OS updates? If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, feel free to send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
