Hello, i’m having some issue with my brand new Razer Viper V3 PRO.

 

Issue: Disconnects/Stops working A LOT, OFTEN. 

 

*Updated firmware doesn't fix it.

 

Mouse is ~2 days old or so. Tried all settings possible.

 

Tried uninstalling synapse 3.0, reinstalling, using it without it, disabling all closeby bluetooth devices etc..

 

Is razer aware of this issue? Is a real fix coming since this firmware update did absolutely nothing to fix it? Faulty hardware?
