Seriously, after i come home get my package delivered with my brand new Chroma V2, wanted to try it for a few minutes on my xbox, plugged it great works fine. Then i made the biggest mistake by trying to update the firmware of the controller bc after i started the Razer app it will ask me for a firmware update which i dont have an option but install.



Firmware update done, my controller is dead and it doesnt turn on anymore.



Now tried to connect it to my pc and it doesnt work as well, tried to use the pc version of the app and still doesnt work.



Please remove this useless app from the Xbox and microsoft store, this is unaccetable from Razer

Please PM me the serial number of your controller so I can validate its model to start a case and forward it to the Engineering Team so they can have a closer look at the firmware issue.
