Razer won't refund Google Play gift card that Google won't redeem | Razer Insider

Hi all,



I purchased a $100 Google Play gift card using my Razer Gold balance, and have been unable to redeem it with the Google Play store. I get the "provide more information" error every time I try, and have submitted the Google form for more information in order to redeem 3 times now and Google has refused to redeem the gift card sold to me by Razer Gold. They also have informed me that Razer is not an authorized seller of United States Google Play gift cards. I do not use a VPN and there is no reason I shouldn't be able to redeem the gift card, but given I literally cannot redeem it I feel Razer needs to refund me to my Razer Gold balance because they sold my a gift card that while it may be "valid" and have a $100 balance, it is unredeemable and to no fault of my own.



Any advice is greatly appreciated. I've been messaging back and forth with Razer support for almost 2 months now and gotten nowhere.

To clarify: I've never asked for my money back, I just want my Razer Gold balance refunded. Razer would not be losing any money by refunding me and cancelling the unredeemable giftcard.

i want a refund on my $150 razor gold gift card as you can tell it was bought through amazon and never redeemed…….my children told me they wanted razor gold gift for birthday gift card and we can't get it to work
