hi bro! I have the same product as you and i have the same issue one of the moderators told me that.. Your Razer Kraken Tournament Edition has THX Spatial support on Synapse 3. If you have the app installed, you can use the THX button on the side of the USB audio controller to enable the feature. The LED indicator on the top-right corner of the audio controller will light up if the surround sound is on.
I would love to buy a replacement cable for my Razer Wildcat for xbox one... but you cant get them in the UK. it was by far my favourite controller (not keen on the xbox one elite controller as the stupid grips keep coming off), as the positioning of the buttons was perfect for my ham hands.

I'm posting here because I have an issue.
My Razer Naga Trinity Buttons are having a clicking issue, both of them. And I'm pretty sure it's because of a faulty mouse switch. Does anyone have any tutorials on how to possibly fix it? I heard there are things about soldering (Which I know nothing about and don't have the tools to do it) but what do you think the problem started with? Is there dust clogging the buttons? Is that copper sheet on the clickers dirty or something? Any help would be immensely appreciated!

mic razer seiren elite have an error, when i plug into my pc, it only shows up as USB input device in device manager (under Human Interface Devices), and when I reinstall it "Bravo HD FW Update" is installed instead. Important note, the microphone does not light up its LED as well and disconnecting it will play the sound notification for windows.
I'm just waiting for a razer store to open in the east side of US. Their all on the west side of the US

I bought headphones that are supported, I want to activate them in the 7.1 surround sound program
Razer ARGB Controller is effectively reacting with the synapse profile, but isn't showing up in either PC I plug it into, refusing to show up in Synapse menus. I've seen several other people having this same issue (No RGB controller in Synapse) I wonder what's causing it to be funky? Have a swell day!
