still no basilisk dongle.. or even like release the software and figure out what to do.. the Bluetooth is garbage as far a gaming so it essentially makes the mouse useless as it heats up then stops working.. just a replacement dongle would be nice but I cant even get support to answer in forums or because its not under warranty NOW because it took three months and the kept saying its unavailable right now.. like seriously last time i buy anything..... have a razer keyboard I paid a bunch for and its the only reason I still use but once its done I'll be out which sucks cause mostly i like their stuff but I hear Logitech is fine and I already replaced the blade with a ROG

I try to buy pubg UC from midasbuy and when i choose the payment razer gold andi choose to pay its shows me error message this Wallet region is not accepted.
so what i have to do?
Any chance to have the Nari wireless dongle for the EU market?

Unfortunately, I've lost mine during an apartment moving, and now, my 200€ Razer headset is completely useless without that dongle. I'm so baffled 😢

Do you guys, have some tips to resolve that issue, otherwise buying a new Razer dongle, bec, obviously, it's not available.

I need to purchase a battery for my 2017 Razer blade pro. I tried to do it through customer support but they wouldn’t do it without replacing my motherboard. Can I purchase a battery to put in myself???


Were you able to send the laptop before? The Support Team recommends a laptop to be diagnosed first before putting in any replacement parts to avoid issues in the future. Also, Razer does not sell batteries as a replacement part. Should you consider sending the laptop in, please click this link.
Long story shortened....I sent the laptop in because the battery had bloated severely and was distorting the chassis as well as the laptop has always shut down without warning when I am gaming since the day I got it. (I called in to customer support right after I bought it and they said it sounded like it was overheating and I should make sure it's well ventilated when playing) They ran tests and found that the motherboard was bad and gave me a quote for about 2K to replace the motherboard and battery. I told them I just wanted the battery then 3 days later I got a new quote with a discount for about 1800 to fix it. I told them I wasn't interested in paying to fix a problem that has always been there on a 3 year old laptop so they sent it back to me with no battery in it and now it's a folding desktop. lol I have played it this way for 3 years. I see no reason to replace the motherboard now if that's been the problem since I got it. Waste of money in my opinion. I just want a battery. lol

Hi paulboucheralgolux! Razer does not sell any laptop model's screen as a spare part. It is recommended to send the laptop to our authorized tech in our repair centers so the team can fully test the unit before shipping it out and avoid any future after the repair.
