Another sucker here, damn it. Synapse is such a train wreck, but could be good with some polish. Which 3 was supposed to be, but they never even considered having multiple of something plugged in?

Ok here is a solution! Razer! Make a 10.00 adapter with remote to plug the chroma hub into then to Pc USB PORT. Ultimately creating a different device name. ADD FUNCTIONALITY of up to 4 hubs. that's 24 connections more than enough for any build! really That's all we need! Then make it controllable with a new Remote! Would you pay an extra 10.00 for the chroma hub remote? I would! good idea bad idea? let me know in the comments!

I don't tghink that is how USB hardware ids work, so that would be a no go. As it is, one controller takes an entire motherboard socket, though only uses one of the two actual USB rails that provides. I actually moved the pins so both go into the connector on pins 1-4 and 6-9, which works great.... Except it just pickws one at random for Synapse to see as existing. Very frustrating. And no, I would be disinclined to a remote, it would have to be either bluetooth or wifi and those bands of spectrum are overused as is without that.

Hey guys, I'm also talking to a support employee about another big problem. I have also pointed out our problem again and asked if there will be a solution soon, but his answer has given me little courage, but read for yourself: That's something that I need to forward to our Support Team and devs too. The Razer Synapse 3.0's algorithm can't detect the same PID_VID or USB IDs. That's the reason why Razer Synapse can't also detect two identical devices at the same time. Nonetheless, allow me to forward this feedback/request to the team. There are no guarantees if this will be approved or considered in future updates, but I'll ensure that team will be notified. Please send this to our devs via Razer Synapse 3.0's feedback section too I have now decided to sell my RGB controller and the HDK via Ebay again and switch to another brand. I have opted for the Farbwerk 360 from aquatuning. The software is worlds better and more extensive and it can be installed as many (even the same) devices. Unfortunately, it is currently difficult to buy the parts. But I have already asked the support here for a statement. as soon as I have an answer I can give you notice...
