Razor Blade 15 Advanced 2021 Issues that I cant fix and they cant either!

I have done everything you have asked.







I am getting very frustrated with the things I'm being asked to do with my computer and they are not fixing the issue. I even got asked to restart my laptop lol!

As you can see a lot of people have had these issues and Razor have not been able to help them in fixing it so what are they going to do for me? how many system recoveries do I need to do till you understand its not fixing it are you just trying to make me give up? I'm sorry I'm just annoyed at this point its been 3 weeks.
