I’ve had a razor kiyo for over a year now and last night it stopped working mid call when I plugged a ps4 controller into my system and changed the audio from my ps4 controller back to my monitor. The ring light comes on but it flickers and no video feed shows. Took the controller out and the issue persisted. I deleted the camera driver and uninstalled cortex software, then tried setting it back up fresh and I’m still having the same issue. The ring light also stays on unless I unplug it even when not in a call.
