I’m starting to regret getting these headphones.  Do other have this problem?

 

So I just bought the Kraken v3 Pros, yesterday.  When I first plugged in the dongle, Synapse recognized and things were good, but since since then it seems like Synapse is very picky in seeing the headset.  In the dashboard is will randomly show up, often I have to unplug the dongle and plug it back in two or three times before it will recognize it.

Any solutions to this or this typical?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can then update its firmware. If the issue still persists, shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds along the way.
