This mouse was purchased new and rarely used. It seems Synapse doesn't recognize the mouse being connected.

Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Are you using Razer Synapse 3.0? Please reset the mouse by clicking the Razer Synapse 3.0 gear icon at the top-right. Should the issue persist, please clean reinstall the application by following the steps here. Let me know if it helps.
