The mic on the headsets doesn't work at all, i bought it today at IEM Sydney and brought it home set everything up and the mic doesn't work, i even downloaded Synapse but the mic was apparently already on.

I bought this product from Sydney IEM, brought it home and plugged the device in, i started watching youtube vidoes and it felt nice, but when i joined discord my mic isn't working, i downloaded synapse and tried to fix the issue but it didnt work, i also went to the sound system and made the nari mic default but it also didnt work, afterwards when i then played some overwatch and all i could hear is this headset always cutting out and sounded like static, i then put on my old pair of earphones and their was no problem, that was all on 7/5/19.
