Razor Profiles Not appearing

I only noticed this late last night. Essentially I have 3 razor devices connected to my computer.



- Razor Trinity Mouse

- Razor Blackwidow Elite Keyboard

- Kraken Ultimate Headphones



Last night i could not find razor synapse 3 anywhere on my computer. It wasnt showing up in the search bar and it wasnt appearing within a file search. I located the actual file for razor synapse within the razor files and proceeded to update it. Upon entering i noticed that the profiles for all 3 devices were blank. The dropdown menu is blank, and i am unable to add new profiles.



- Note: when disconnecting the devices Razor Synapse notices that they are disconnected and removes them from the dasboard tab. As soon as they are plugged back in they appear in the dashboard tab.



I proceeded to look on the internet what to do and one guide recommened the following:



1. Go to settings in the windows 10 search menu.

2. Select Apps

3. Navigate towards razor synapse

4. Select modify device

- This brings up teh razor installer where i can modify the modules i have installed, repair my software or uninstall the software.

5. Clicked repair device, restarted the computer and the issue persisted.



Due tp the fact that no profile options were available to be selected I could change none of the settings below. For example all the devices have Spectrum cycling enabled under advanced settings but if I go the the quick settings i cant change anything. I am still able to type with the keyboard (as witnessed here) i can still use my mouse and the last profile settings on my mouse are still usable. (i have bound the upper button the mouse (which my default is - Sensitivity Stage Up - except my mouse still somehow registers that i rebound it to the letter - i -) herein demonstrated (iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii) which was completed on pressing this rebound button.



I cant customize any of these devices and i am worried that something has happened (to the devices). All the support pages say that i have to post here to find help
I have the same exact issue. Please HELP US.
