Hi all,

Let me start by saying that the virtual keyboard in Synapse is showing what I would expect it to, the problem is only on the physical keyboard.

I have an Ornata v2 and all is good apart from the Wheel control. It doesn't matter what effect I apply the Wheel is always red. I can apply colours or effects to it or set it as transparent and it is still red. If I turn all effects off the entire keyboard goes black apart from the Wheel. I have removed all profiles and effects but still end up with a black keyboard and a red wheel.

I know that the colour change for the Wheel is working as it colour cycles with the rest of the keyboard before Synapse loads, then as soon as it loads the Wheel turns red.

Thanks for your help but the issue fixed itself (somehow).  My Windows profile got corrupted so I replaced it with a backup I had taken (whilst this problem with the red light was going on).  Once restored the problem had gone.

 

So there must have been an issue with my profile that was not included in the backup.
