After updating synapse I had some issues with my ligthing ingame, tried to repair but nothing changed.
So I went straight to disinstall the program and install it back, now ALL my profiles aren't in my account anymore.
Is there a way to get them back?

The cloud-saved profiles of your Razer ID may have been corrupted. I highly recommend that you use a new account for now. PM me should you want to try to get all of those back.

Profiles can get corrupted due to incomplete syncs. That said, I don't think you need to worry about it since they reappeared.
