Request to Unlink My Razer Mouse for Registration


Dear Razer Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a Razer mouse from Daraz, and the seller's name is BMSM Collection. The mouse was shipped from China. However, when I attempt to register the mouse on your official website, it shows that the device is already registered.

I kindly request that you unlink this mouse from the current registration so that I can successfully link it to my own account. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Is it a new mouse?

If yes, then it may be fake.

If it was used one - it’s bound to the original owner, and not possible to unregister it from account.
