Requesting previous firmware for Huntsman Tournament Edition

Hi, I have the same issue. After a firmware update, I restarted the PC, and then the PC didn't recognize my Huntsman TE. I already reinstalled Synapse and tried the troubleshooting steps that Razer has on their website. After that, the PC recognized the keyboard, but the FN key, letters M, H, Y, and the number 6 don't work, and the lights act as if I'm pressing the FN key and the letters that I mentioned before some times starts to press randomly. Can you provide a download link for the previous version of the firmware?

Im having same issue. I press a key once and it types 34 of the same key “hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh” pressed it once and it did that. i plugged it into a different computer and it works so its not the keyboard itself so there has to be a fix but cant find it ANYWHERE. I tried all usb ports. Im using a different keyboard right now as im typing this and it works.

I have the same issue. Nothing works. I also think that downgrading the firmware might solve the problem, but I can't find the file anywhere.

Yep, have the same issue, mine even does it after pressing CTRL+V, it will spam V or hold CTRL.  I just updated a week ago and couldn’t figure out why it was holding TAB after ALT+TAB.  I can’t even complete a support ticket, because it says I’m outside warranty range.  I also need the older firmware file so it can be rolled back.  Truly frustrating the file to roll back the firmware is not available for download on the site, after they make a broken firmware available.

Once I plug in my keyboard, any open apps are automatically closed, and it shows the shutdown menu.

The other keys are not working as well.

Do they have previous firmware versions availableee for download? Keep getting these weird stuck key siuation and it’s making playing games or typing a huge pain in the crap. That or th ekeyboard just lags and doesn’t register anything for a good 1-2 secs. This is horrible

I have the same issue.

Got mine to work normally. Had to uninstall Synapse, reboot, install Synapse, do this a few times and finally was sorted out. Would assume once would be enough, but nope.
