RGB lighting not working correctly

hey there i recently recieved a blackwidow chroma keyboard as a present. Upon opening it and plugging it in i have realised that the enter key on the far right bottom corner doesnt match the rest of the colours when static or reactive mode is on. It refuses to light up yellow, green, purple or peach. It stays red or blue and when it changes to green it wont come on at all. This is very strange i have been using razer products for years and this has never happened. It leads me to believe it has a dead green led which is very strange as the item is brand new. I dont have the receipt for warranty as the item was a gift by a loved one. What is my next avenue as its quite annoying that this is happening and i cant utilise my rgb capability to its full potential. It just looks very strange and i feel this shouldnt be happening with a brand new product. Hope to hear from you soon. Kind Regards Dim
