I sent in my mouse 4 weeks ago, as per the RMA. However, the representative doesn't appear to be reading the updates to the case, and instead is copy/pasting the same text, stating that I never sent in the mouse, even though I am literally providing the agent with the tracking code that CONFIRMED delivery. I provided this information literally 3 times, two of which he has responded with a copy pasted message, the third he has not responded.
The worst part is, I've gone through the chat to get help through another representative told me "I will just personally informed the agent that handles your case to proceed process a replacement to you.", and the agent that handles my case literally copy pasted the exact same message AFTER that.
I'm unable to contact live chat today, and the same with phone contact. This is getting absolutely ridiculous, I expect much better than 4 weeks for and RMA. I've been relatively patient considering the situation, and would appreciate a support representative that actually reads what was written, and is willing to help.
