RMA : RZC-*******


It’s been 19 days since my barely 2 months old razer blade 14 3070 Ti is at the service center. Can please anyone at Razer support please uphold the proudly displayed claim of 3 business day in warranty repairs/replacements. This is no way to treat your customers.

Adding details here as well, even though RMA was mentioned in the thread title.

Razer Blade 14 3070 Ti is with Razer service center since 3/1/2023.

CASE NO: *********
RMA : *********

 

Customer care no 855 872 5233 (no body responds, I’ve called 5 times today).

Guys this is not cool, I was told by customer support that repair is trying to secure a replacement laptop for the last couple of weeks.
