s22 ultra only left side working on andriod
bought my headset brand new works fine on computer etc but when I plug the headset into the type c port on my android it only plays out of one ear on the left side and I've already contacted support and replaced the old one and got a new one and its still doing the same thing it works fine on phone when I do the audio jack but the dongle on my s22 ultra only on the left ear does it play support doesn't help and getting a replacement headset doesn't work as well, support told me to repeat the same processes many times as well and told me do the replacement and did it and its still doing the same thing

Midnightchill67It is sad to know that the issue is continuous with the replacement headset. Did you try connecting the headset to another device (laptop, smartphone, or tablet) with a USB-C port and check if the behavior persists?
