Screen goes black randomly - Razer Blade 15 Deluxe | Razer Insider

I've had this issue for a long time now, few months at least. I use this laptop for school, so all the times that I am actively using it have lots of space between them. During this time, the laptop will go into sleep mode--which is normal. However, after entering sleep mode once or twice, then being turned back on, or "woken up", to be used once again, the screen will randomly go dark. The display will cut out, but I can still the laptop is still running because the keyboard's light configuration I had set up through Synapse is still in effect. I had a theory that maybe the laptop confused/swapped its screen display settings between sleep/awake mode, as in when it was asleep it would display the screen--as the screen would randomly turn back on in brief intervals--and when it was awake it would display the screen black as if it were asleep. However, that is not the case as I have already tested for that. I just want to know how this issue could be occurring and what the process could be to get it fixed, as this is a very frustrating issue.

PS: I have searched for this issue in the forums, and the post I looked at with a similar issue was replied to by a staff member requesting a DM, and became comment-locked with no publicly visible solution, so that is why I am posting this question here.
Hey man. It is the issue of all Razer Blade Advance models from 2019 to 2021 for more than 6 months now. Razer doesn’t have a fix for this. From what i can see for those who still have warranty, razer customer service will just pm you and an RMA will be the option they’ll give you.

Bad luck for me i have no more warranty.

Mine is a blade 15 Advance rtx 2070mq. The only solution that you can do for now is disable all sleep modes in advance power options and instead use hibernate mode.

Razer doesn’t have any fix for this man. It is an nvidia and intel graphic driver issue but Lenovo had the same issue on their y540/y740 laptops before and they had it fixed with nvidia. Idk why Razer can’t figure it out.

Avoid buying Razer Laptops for now, they are poor in addressing their laptop issues publicly.
