Screen goes black whenever there is no movement 2020 RBS 13

Hi there,
I recently got a 2020 Stealth 13, and something I haven't been able to find on these forums is happening. The laptop screen will instantly turn black if there is no movement on the screen. So if I am watching a video or even have a word processor with a blinking cursor open, the screen will stay on. The moment I minimize the window or am on a static web page and stop moving my mouse, the screen will go black. If I move my mouse, the screen will turn back on for the duration of me moving my mouse, and then turn off immediately when I stop moving it.

Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix?
