You do not recognize your serial number on the item I just bought. I can't reach support because you are asking it. I can not register it because your system does not know it. I would appreciate it if you would phone or write to me to settle this issue, Thank you. G. Bolduc

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Please send me a PM together with a photo showing the serial number of your device. Save the file via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I'll be locking this thread now.
