Serial number and product number don't match for Basilisk X Hyperspeed


I purchase in May and I finally got around to registering it. Only one problem when I try to do so I get an alert, "Item serial number does not match product number" which is not true since I literally copied it exactly off the bottom of the mouse.

try this for the product number: (*Omitted) I found it on Amazon's listing for the device and it worked for me. Hope this helps!

I just bought my Razer Basilisk X on 12 Dec. Tried to register today on 15 Dec, but got the same error. "Item serial number does not match product number" Used product number (*Omitted), didn't work The amazon product number (*Omitted) didn't work as well. Anyone managed to find a way to register this?
