Ok, so my Kraken X Lite has a faulty mic so I was looking to get a replacement headset since it is still covered under my warranty. I go fill out everything to file a support claim when it says my serial number is invalid. I assumed i must have typed it wrong so I went to my email and found the email I was sent when I registered the product. I then copied that serial number and pasted that into the serial number bar which still came up as invalid. Does anyone have a solution for this or anyway I can get in contact with the support team without a serial number?
