Serial Number not Working / Blackwidow Elite Maintenance

Hello,

My Blackwidow Elite all of the sudden started spamming the ' key whenever it is plugged in. I've tried going through the proper channels but it is not accepting my Serial Number for some reason. I've tried varying com

combinations of lowercase L's and uppercase i's, as well as 0's and O's. Nothing has worked. As for the Blackwidow Keyboard itself, I reset it on Synapse 3.0, I checked for updates for both Synapse and the keyboard, I updated drivers for 3.0 but I could not find any drivers for the Blackwidow Elite. I have removed the keycap that is causing the issue and cleaned the area around it, but it still spams the ' button.

Please let me know how I can fix as it renders my Blackwidow Elite useless.
