Today, when I wanna change some of my details of my Razer ID, it prompted me to do Captcha and to receive SMS code

but when I completed the captcha, it just shows input otp field for 1 second and then still need me to do the captcha and even I get the code I can’t input because I stuck on captcha forever 

And last night I can’t even receive the code

how could your front end be such buggy

And don’t tell me to update my browser, they’re already the newest stable version

Thanks for alerting us about this. Did you already try clearing the cache of your browser or switching to incognito/private for further isolation? If that didn’t help, please let me know through PM so I can help you raise your concern with the relevant team for an advanced resolution.
