You need to register your headset with Razer ID account: https://www.razer.com/product-registration

Then you’ll receive activation code on e-mail.

I need help with my activation code because it says on packaging that it comes with 7.1 audio but i can’t find the code and it wasn’t in the registration e-mail either. Can you please help me with that?

Hello! I have a problem with the 7.1 Surround Sound app. It worked until yesterday without any problem. But suddenly it stopped working, when I try to open the app absolutely nothing happens even with admin rights. And if it start in the taskbar it shows up for a few seconds and disappears again. I checked in Even Viewer but there is no information.
Details:
- Windows 11 Pro (10.0.22631 Build 22631)
- Razer Barracuda X
