Synapse 3 can't find: Huntsman keyboard, Kitty Kraken headset, and Firefly

Sometime in the last couple of months, my RGB studio profiles stopped working. When I went into synapse 3.0, I saw that those devices were not detected. My Kiyo is being detected. I detached all Razer devices except the keyboard (as it's the only one I have), uninstalled Synapse, rebooted, ran the Razer troubleshoot to remove drivers, rebooted again. I downloaded the installer (RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.11.0.379.exe) to re-install Synapse. I rebooted. I then attached devices. Synapse wanted to do an update, so I let it do that. I rebooted again. Nothing. Same outcome as before all of the above. I have done the above steps a few times.... each time just trying to be a bit more diligent to ensure that I did indeed have devices unplugged and such. Each time... same outcome. ALL DEVICES WORK. Well... I guess Firefly isn't working if the RGB isn't... as that's all it does. However, The Kraken is working (mic and headset), and the keyboard types (as this is being typed by it!!!). WHAT am I missing? I can't find any additional tips. #FirstWorldProblem
