I've had this headset for well over a week, and the Synapse 3 app does not detect my Razer Kraken TE headset. The headset shows up in my playback and recording devices but not in the Synapse 3 app.
I've tried:
- Reinstalling headset's drivers
- Using a different usb port
- Reinstalling the Synapse 3 app
- Rebooting my system
The support team also seems to be taking their time over email support as I have not had a response within well over a week.
