Synapse 3 missing settings?

Hello, I just purchased the Razer Kracken v3 X and I'm trying to turn on sidetone and I have nothing except Sound and Lighting in my synapse audio tab. My friend also has a Razer headset and his Synapse allows him to alter the bass boost etc. I'm just wondering if I've done something wrong in the install because of the lack of customisation.
