After a recent update to Synapse, my Nari Ultimate headset is not being detected. I'm still able to use the Game, Chat and THX Spatial audio outputs and microphone just fine, but I can no longer use Synapse to customize settings or lighting.
I've tried everything I can find online:
PC reboot
Synapse Repair
Synapse clean install
Driver re-installation
Toggling Razer processes in task manager
Reseating USB dongle
Different USB ports
Connecting headset with USB cable
My other 4 devices (Ornata Chroma, Naga Trinity, Tartarus Pro, Chroma Base Station) are totally unaffected and I'm out of ideas.

Based on your description of the issue and what you've done already, this is highly likely a Synapse, if not, a driver issue. How does the headset appear on the Device Manager? Please send me your System and Application logs from Windows Event Viewer, along with your Synapse logs. You can use this to collect Synapse 3.0 logs, then upload the files on GDrive or Dropbox and PM me a shareable link.
