Synapse 3 Won't install

I downloaded the software installer from the website and when I open it a small window pops up fast and dissapears, then two razerinstall.exe are in my task manager but nothing is happening, ive rebooted, let it sit for an hour and still nothing. Im unable to use my headset to its fullest capabilities
