Every time I restart my PC I need to type in the password for my account despite the "Remember me" checkbox being selected. The only use Synapse has for me is to turn off the annoying lighting, so to turn it off I need to type in my password every time. Is there a way to bypass this and directly turn off the LEDs without resorting to this beta stage software or physically removing the lights?

You may be dealing with a corrupted registry file. Have you tried clean installing the app?
