Synapse blocks COD MW2 Fullscreen exclusive

Hi guys ! I hope you can help. Since I installed Synapse for my freshly received Nari Ultimate (absolute banger), MW2 considers that my computer (win10 64bits) give the priority to Synapse for the Fullscreen exclusive even though it's just in my task bar. Anyone has a solution for that ? Have a good one !
