synapse connect stop working after update at 2020.10.03


main problem : After I updated razer synapse to 3.5.930.92510 at 2020/10/03 morning (pic. 01), the device connected to razer chroma including ASUS and thermaltake(pic. 02) stop working with chroma apps including APEX and Audio Visualizer (pic. 03).
They sync perfectly when I simply use chroma studio (pic. 04,05,06), when I turn on the APEX or Audio Visualizer(pic. 07), the light effect form ASUS and thermaltake just freezed...(pic. 08), and the rest of device form razer are working well.
I don't know happened and I didn't find any way to reset the razer synapse to the previous version...and this problem had depressing me all the day...

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse-related concern here. Have your restarted your computer? Have you tried logging out then logging back into your Razer Synapse? Please replicate the issue by logging in as a guest user account. I'll wait for your follow-up.
Same issue here with ASRock Polychrome. Tried everything from restarting to reinstalling Synapse/Polychrome.

I suggest submitting feedback via Razer Synapse 3.0 or send me a PM together with your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive then include its link in your PM. I had updated Synapse to 3.5.1030.10197 today, it mention that bugs from the chroma connect had been fixed, but nothing change for me, the problems are still happening, I think I should let you know.
I can only log in for about a minute before it automatically logs me out of Connect and you need to log into Connect to be able to log into Synapse

Hi, I didn't have any problem with log in/log out, just chroma connect devices didn't work with chroma connect apps.

I recently get a Seagate Firecuda gaming dock and connect Seagate Toolkit to Razer Synapse, and it works perfectly, so, I think the problem must be located to ''aura connect'' and not Chroma Connect, thank you for follow up.
I also have this problem and one more.
the colors of the aura have a delay to update.

Thanks for asking. And yes, it's the Synapse 3.0 version 3.5.1130.111812. Please clean reinstall your Synapse 3.0, then re-update the software. Let me know if it helps.
